I’m Shannon, and I help women get stronger, feel better, and stay consistent—with workouts designed to fit your life.

My goal is to give you a space to to focus on yourself for an hour a day— a welcoming community where you can build strength, confidence, and connection that carries into every part of your life.

Movement has always pulled me in- for its energy, the mood boost and the joy it brings.

 I grew up active-outside, playing sports, always on the move. But it wasn't until I hired my own
 trainer that everything clicked. I saw how strong my body could be-and how that strength could
 shift my mindset, too. Fitness became a big part of who I am.

That experience inspired me to create She is Power: a space that is fun and positive--
where women feel strong, supported, and connected.
No pressure, no perfection-
just real movement for real women.

My Story

My approach is simple. 
Fitness doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective.
Every class blends guidance, encouragement, and plenty of options-plus a good dose of fun.
 Whether you're brand new or ready to challenge yourself, you'll leave strong, proud,
and like you belong.
