Refunds & Payments

• Boot Camp is non-refundable. If you can’t attend and let us know two weeks before the start date, you may transfer to the next session.
• Boxing classes are also non-refundable, but if you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you’ll get a credit for a future class.

Make-Up & Missed Classes

• Boot Camp classes can be made up within the same session only. Missed classes don’t carry over.
• Late cancellations or no-shows for boxing will result in a lost class.

Weather Policy

Outdoor classes move indoors when it rains. You’ll be notified by group text or chat.

Communication

All updates and class changes are sent via group text or chat. It is your responsibility to regularly check the group chat for any important notifications or schedule updates.

Participation

By joining, you agree you’ve read the Liability Waiver and understand you’re responsible for listening to your body, modifying as needed, and following class guidelines.
